This is good enough for toddlers but there are have a few complaints about the rim easily falls out. So you might want to test this first before you buy one.

Although the basketball hoops mentioned above can still be used by 4-7 year olds, you might soon realize that you (or your kids) need something a bit sturdier and professionally made.  There are a lot of these around, so you won't have any problems with getting one.

Be forewarned though that there have been some customer reviews saying the backboard is not very strong. That being said though, it is still a good basketball hoop at this price.

This one is pretty good and looks very professional as well. It's height adjustable from 6 feet to 10 so that children and adults can use it at the same time. This is fit for much older kids. If you want something sturdy and a good price, the Lifetime 1221 is a good choice. This also gets very high customers rating.

Now if you want a basketball system from a trusted brand, Spalding's 44-inch hoop may just be what you're looking for. If you have a serious basketball player in the house, you might want to give this a look.. This is also a lot easier to adjust than the Lifetime 1221 mentioned above.
